Dateline, San Francisco, CA. It's time for the biggest Salesforce.com conference of the year. As a customer who's had success with their products and willing to share that with others, SFDC asked me to assist by speaking on a panel and allowing my picture to be on a banner. Little did I realize that said banner would be the size of Mount Rushmore!
